RULES, CHARGES AND ACCESSORIAL SERVICES

RESIDENTIAL PICKUP & DELIVERY SERVICE

  
  DEFINITION - The carrier will assess a charge when required to make a  
  pickup or delivery at a location that is residential, a private residence,
  or an apartment/condo.  The charge includes a delivery appointment and
  single shipment pickup at the Residential location.  Additional labor will
  apply in addition to the Residential fee if the weight or the size of the
  freight requires two employees.  Inside pickup or delivery charges will
  apply if carrier is asked to move the shipment beyond the driveway and
  inside the residential location. 
   
  NON-APPLICATION - Not applicable to the extent the following are applied: 
   a) White Glove Premier  Delivery (to the extent of Delivery service only)
   b) White Glove Standard Delivery (to the extent of Delivery service only)
   
  CHARGE - The charge as provided in the following tables applies for each  
  shipment pickup or delivery at a Residential location. 
   
  Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the carrier and the customer,  
  the charge for pickup or delivery at a Residential location is payable by
  the payer that is responsible for the line haul charge.
