About the Welcome Page

The calendar on the welcome page provides a 4-week view of current and past shipments: two previous weeks, the current week and one week in the future. The numbers on each day/week or totals are color-coded for quick review:

• In Transit, orange: Shipments appear on the calendar on the basis of the due date of the shipments that have not been delivered.
• Delivered, blue: Shipments appear on the calendar on the basis of the shipment delivery date.

Inbound, outbound and third-party shipments are combined in the totals you see on the calendar. To filter the shipments to show only one of the three types:

1. Click the filter drop-down list under the calendar.
2. Choose a type; the page automatically recalculates the shipment numbers on the basis of the new shipment type.

You may also view shipments according to date:

• Due/Delivery Date: Shows shipments based on the delivery date for previous two weeks, current week and one week in the future.
• Pickup Date: Shows picked-up dates for your shipments for three previous weeks.

The shipment types and dates are based on the role that your company plays in the shipments. To show a specific type as your default view, click Make Default.

Click a number in the calendar to view details of the daily, weekly or 4-week totals in our Proactive tracking tool.

To return to the calendar page from any other application in our website, click our logo in the top-left corner of the page.
