Use ourTerminal Locations tool to find terminals, including contact information, in a specific ZIP or postal code, city, state or province.

How To Use Terminal Locations

  1. Determine which option you want to use to conduct your search, then click the field(s) for that option to enter information; the radio button for that option will be selected automatically, and you may enter your ZIP/postal code, city and state or select a state from a drop-down menu.
  2. Click Go; terminal, contact and direct vs. non-direct service information appears.
    Note: If you chose to search by state, you'll see a list of all terminals in that state.

Click the Puerto Rico, Guam or Mexico link in the bottom section to see a list of terminals for those areas.

How to Get a Service Map

  1. Click the Service Map button at the lower-right of the top section; the Service Map page appears.
  2. Select a terminal from the Terminal drop-down menu or enter a ZIP/postal code.
  3. Click the radio button next to a Service Type for which you want to see service information.
  4. Click Get Service Map; a page appears with a color-coded service map.
    Note: From this page, you may download and print a PDF of the map on display, click to obtain a map for a new origin terminal or click to schedule a pickup. Links are also provided for easy access to additional service information.
