About Shipment Information

Click a pro number in Proactive tracking to view all the details of a shipment.

• Back returns you to the Proactive Tracking page you were viewing.
• Shipment History accesses the shipment/trailer history screen.

Shipment Details

View the following information:

• Pro Number
• Pickup Date
• Terms
• Current Status
• Exceptions if applicable
• Correction Details if applicable
• Special Services if applicable
• Tariff Item appears if you are the payor of the freight charges
• Payment Due By appears if you are the payor of the freight charges
• Amount Due or Past Due Amount appears if you are the payor of the freight charges on the basis of the payment due date.

Shipment Parties

View complete name and address information for all parties to the bill: shipper, consignee, third party and/or bill-to. If there are other parties to the bill, such as a customs broker, click "Other Parties" to view them.

The origin and destination service centers appear along with a link to their names, addresses and phone numbers.

View all the shipment reference numbers.

See shipment line-item details.

You will see the detailed rates and charges for the shipment only if you are the payor of the freight charges.

• L=Letter of Authority
• P=Proof of Delivery
• Q=Quote Letter
• W=Weight and Research Certificate
