RULES, CHARGES AND ACCESSORIAL SERVICES

INCENTIVE DISCOUNT CALCULATION

  
  APPLICATION - Revenue for qualified shipments to be included in Incentive
  programs and calculation of discounts are based on "paid in full" freight
  charges only, which are processed within the standard monthly discount
  processing cycle. Incentive checks will not be paid unless they meet a 
  thirty dollar monthly minimum. 
   
   
  Incentives are not paid on the following: 
   
      Accessorials / Extended Service Options 
      Bills not paid in full within terms 
      Capacity Load Shipments 
      Exclusive Use Shipments 
      Fuel Surcharge Revenue 
      Intra-Canada Shipments 
      Mexican Linehaul Charges 
      Minimum Charge Floor Shipments 
      Ocean portion of all Domestic Ocean Shipments 
      Sealed Divider Shipments 
      Sealed Trailer Shipments 
      Shipments originating from or destined to a non-direct point 
      Shipments with an actual or billed weight of 20,000 lbs. or more 
      Shipments with pricing requiring a Bill of Lading notation (i.e.
        SPOT) 
      Time-Critical Shipments 
   
  Customer-specific incentive programs may have additional exclusions or 
  exceptions not listed above. 
   
  No payments will be made on incentives filed more than 180 days after the
  shipment pick-up date.
